Conducting reviews of areas and processes,

the ERP system (SOFTLAND), preparing and presenting monthly information on salaries and
social security, fees, contracts, and settlements.

INCOME AND EXPENSE CERTIFICATION FOR CONDOMINIUMS
An annual
certification program for the income and expenses of condominiums and communities is
conducted to ensure the accuracy of community accounts by validating income and expenses.
